ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Mobile ID is your University ID accessible from your mobile wallet. By downloading the Get App and adding your ID to your mobile wallet, you can use your phone to access buildings and non-residential spaces that you access with your physical ID, as well as pay for various services across campus.Ìý

For ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campus Faculty or Staff Member Who Frequently Visit Both Campuses
To get an EVMS badge or obtain building access:
- Fill out the , including headshot photos for first-time badge recipients, and send it to EVMSHR@evms.edu.
- Once the badge is ready, EVMS HR will email the contact person to confirm the location (EVMS HR or Monarch Card & Business Service) and time for pickup.
Once building access is granted, an EVMS Police & Public Safety Physical Security Specialist will email the contact person within three business days to confirm access.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ & EVMS ID Cards/Badges – FAQ
Yes. Faculty, Staff and Students whose primary campus is EVMS are still required to have an EVMS (Virginia Health Sciences) ID card.Ìý If you have an existing EVMS badge it is still valid, you do not need to get a new card.Ìý ID badges created after June 26, 2024, will have the new Virginia Health Sciences logo.
Faculty, Staff and Students whose primary campus is EVMS will continue to use the same process as before the merger.
Faculty and Staff whose primary campus is ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ are eligible for an EVMS ID badge for frequent visits to the EVMS campus.Ìý The EVMS Badge and Electronic Access Request form can be found .
Faculty, Staff, and Students whose primary campus is EVMS are encouraged to get an ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Mobile ID.Ìý Your EVMS/VHS ID badge is an official ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ identification card; however, it will not enable access to services on the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ campus. If you would prefer a physical ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ ID, one can be requested. Please be aware that only one ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ ID can be active.Ìý
Faculty, Staff and Students whose primary campus is ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ will continue to follow the same process.

Steps to Obtain an ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ ID
To obtain an ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ ID, send an email toÌýcardcenter@odu.eduÌýthat includes:
- First & Last Name
- University Identification Number (UIN)
- Photo as a JPEG attachment
- The following photo criteria must be met for acceptance:
- Headshot
- Solid-colored background
- Forward facing
- No one else in the picture
- The following photo criteria must be met for acceptance:
- Pick up location (EVMS HR or Monarch Card & Business Service)
Once the ID has been printed, Monarch Card & Business Services will email the requester to confirm the pickup location and time, or confirm that the ID will be sent to EVMS via interoffice mail.
Your ID card is your official University identification card and access credentials for the campus.ÌýPlease do not put holes in your ID card because the holes will make the card inoperable.ÌýThere is aÌý$15Ìýcharge for a replacement.
What does the $4 fee cover?
The fee covers new Smart Card Technology that increases card security and campus safety.
Where can I use it?
Your new ID card is a multi-functioning campus ID. It allows for access and services throughout the campus and should be carried on you at all times.
