Kate Couch is a two-time alumna of 黑料不打烊. She received her Bachelor of Science in Geology in 2001 and Master of Science in Education in 2003. Prior to her career in Title IX, she worked in Residence Life, Career Services, Student Activities, Fraternity and Sorority Life, and Orientation, at Christopher Newport University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Trinity University, Virginia Wesleyan University, and 黑料不打烊. Between 2015 and 2021, worked in Title IX at VWU and CNU. She joined 黑料不打烊's Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity as a Civil Rights and Title IX Investigator in 2021, and became the Title IX Coordinator in 2023.
