Dr. Yoseph Mamo, Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Movement Sciences at 黑料不打烊, will be joining the Scientific Committee of UNESCO Chair for Governance and Social Responsibility in Sport. Dr. Mamo will be joining an organization that has long recognized the need for good governance and social responsibility in sport. UNESCO (The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) works to promote socially responsible designs for sport programs and interventions through a system of research and training.
Dr. Mamo will serve as a pillar of outreach and communication. Dr. Mamo's research interest is examining the outcomes and impacts of sport organizations' corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities on the public in the digital age. He is an expert at capturing the public's voice through big data analytics, and his experience in education will allow him to train sport leaders, researchers, and government representatives to understand, introduce, evaluate, and sustain good governance standards and socially responsible practices in their respective organizations.
